Enrollment Policy:
- Patanjali Yogashala requires that each one trainees attending our Teacher educational program have comprehensive travel, medical and cancellation insurance for the duration of their training.
- Upon arrival and check-in at college, all students and non-participating guests are required to supply passport and guest’s information required to be submitted by law to the Indian Government. Passport are going to be handed back after a photocopy is formed .
- Trainees who are pregnant, or fall pregnant during an educator Training Course aren't permitted to partake in or continue on the training. No refund are going to be given under these circumstances. For this reason, if you think you'll be pregnant it's highly recommended you visit a doctor for a bioassay before enrolling for the training.
- Patanjali Yogashala School reserves the proper to refuse admission to trainings, retreats or the other programs held at the varsity . Students arriving late could also be admitted to trainings at the discretion of Patanjali Yogashala School.

1. MISSING TRAINING HOURS:
Graduation from our program requires the student’s attendance for 100% of coaching sessions. A maximum of 5 hours could also be missed for acceptable reasons if arranged beforehand and approved by the program director before your absence. we'll provide make-up sessions totaling 5 hours excluded from the worth of tuition. the scholar must schedule make-up sessions at a rate of US$15 per hour to graduate from the program.
Acceptable reasons to miss classes are temporary sickness (i.e. fever, cold, headache) or absolute emergency calls from home or work. regardless of the rationale , all absences must be told and approved beforehand by our program director before missing each class.
Leaving class before class ends also falls under Missing Training Hours section of Attendance Policy. If student has absolute emergency and wish to go away an on-going class, please inform reasons to program director immediately.
In the case that a student missed training hours over maximum hours allowed by school, albeit with acceptable reasons and advanced notices, school may decide that the scholar must retake the course to finish training hours as needed by Yoga Alliance.

REFUND POLICY:
1. GENERAL CASES:
Upon receiving an acceptance email, the applicant are going to be charged a non-refundable advance deposit of the course fee, as is applicable on the booking sites from which students booked. A confirmation email are going to be sent bent the applicant with details of remaining course fee that's due on arrival. The deadline to pay fully is 7 days after the beginning date of coaching . The program may plan to terminate any student’s participation within the program when the scholar fails to form timely payments of tuition. Please see further details under “Termination from Program” section.
If applicant withdraws from the program after acceptance, but before the program starts, the applicant’s advance deposit amount are often retained for rescheduling, as long as applicant makes an invitation 7 days before the program start date. However, such amount can only be applied towards an equivalent program within a timeframe of 1 year after the first course date booked. Booking will expire after the mentioned timeframe.
Advance deposit is strictly non-refundable upon cancellations. If a student has paid fully before the course date and decides to cancel before the course starts, the remaining fee after advance deposit amount are going to be refunded under the subsequent conditions:
Refund amount are going to be sent back via PayPal payment. School isn't liable for any loss on rate of exchange s and fees/charges which will incur from the refund transaction.
For those that made overseas direct bank transfer, we'll ask our bank to refund the quantity received in Rupees, if it's permitted and possible. School isn't liable for any loss on exchange rates and fees/charges which will incur from the refund transaction.
No refund are going to be made for amounts lost to tax, transfer fees (i.e. PayPal fees, bank fees, etc.), loss on exchange rate, non-refundable agency commission fee or the other charges incurred from or on your deposit payment transaction. Basically, school will refund the quantity we actually received into our checking account (final rupee amount received). So we'll remit the refund amount in Indian rupees (“Sender” amount) less amounts lost (i.e.tax, fees, etc. as mentioned earlier).
School won't make any refund after the training starts.
2. BAD CONDUCT:
No refunds are going to be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, violent or abusive language or actions, or the other behavior that's inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students; and complete negligence to heed any specific request made by the staff to correct behaviors or to finish coursework within the allotted time-frame . .
3. SPECIAL CASES:
In case a student must withdraw from the program thanks to illness, accident, death within the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the scholar to finish the course, the program may allow the scholar to return to retake the complete course at a future date within a timeframe of 1 year after the first course date booked, as long as agreed by school management team and only agreed beforehand of student’s departure. In special cases, proof of such circumstances are going to be requested by school. there'll be additional charges supported student’s stay during the uncompleted course (considered as extra days).
SECURITY OF DATA
Patanjali Yogashala school takes the privacy and security of our trainees and their personal information very seriously. Personal information collected may be a requirement by Indian Government for check-in and by our college for student registration. Information won't be distributed to a 3rd party.
Information submitted to Patanjali Yogashala school could also be shared with administrative staff and teachers solely for the aim of administration and teaching.
Trainees understand that Patanjali Yogashala school engages in social media networking, like facebook, flickr etc. as a part of the company’s promotional endeavors, which can involve sharing of photos or other information.
Patanjali Yogashala yoga school may contact graduates within the future about upcoming events and opportunities. this may require the utilization of trainee contact details. If trainees are uncomfortable with this, please make this explicitly known to the staff via email.
LIABILITY POLICY:
Patanjali Yogashala and instructors won't be liable for any personal injuries sustained or any pre-existing medical conditions triggered during the training, in or out of sophistication . Student are going to be liable for such injuries and any medical costs that incurs within the duration of occupy our campus.
GRIEVANCE POLICY:
1. REPORTING OF POLICY VIOLATIONS

- We encourage anyone who has been the topic of sexual misconduct or the other action that violate our policies and Code of Conduct to report the incident to our ethics panel , Human Resources department, or school management (henceforth mentioned because the “reviewing body”).
- The report should contain the subsequent information:
# Your full name;
# Your email and phone number;
# The name of the one that the grievance is against;
# A description of the alleged policy violation;
# The date and site of the policy violation;
# Names and get in touch with information of any witnesses with first-hand knowledge of the situation; and,
# Any other credible evidence that's available to support the grievance.
In the interest of fairness and privacy, all reports must be made by the one that has personally experienced the misconduct. we'll not investigate a matter based upon a third-party report of misconduct. We may request additional information from the person reporting the incident throughout the course of review of the report.
We will take appropriate action to make sure
compliance with our policies. The reviewing body will impose any sanctions that
it feels are fair, just, and reasonable under all circumstances. we'll not allow
anyone to retaliate against a person for creating a report in straightness or
providing information in reference to an investigation into an alleged
violation. Any information provided during a grievance report review are going
to be treated on a confidential basis. Similarly, any actions that the taken in
response to the report also will be confidential.
2. SANCTIONS:
- We recognize the principle of “the punishment must fit the crime.” We don't sentence someone to captivity for jaywalking. There must be a way of fairness and moral proportion in judging these situations. All cases of abuse and misconduct, from inappropriate commentary to physical assault, are going to be judged objectively and therefore the reviewing body will fashion a sanction that fairly and equitably addresses things , giving due considerations, to all or any the facts.
In many cases, it's going to be hard to uncover all the facts, there could also be conflicting facts, there could also be conflicts of interest, and there could also be circumstances and facts that weigh down each side of the scales of justice.
However, the reviewing body will use sound and careful judgment choose what sort of sanctions to impose.
There are four options:
# Do Nothing. The facts don't show that the person committed the policy violation.
# A Warning. The facts show that the person’s actions were minor which a warning may be a fair sanction. The warning might be including counseling.
#Time Out. The facts show that the person’s actions were serious, and that they warrant suspending the person from the studio or community for a decided amount of your time . However, the actions weren't so serious that they support termination of employment. for instance , the person could also be good hearted, but made an error in judgement. this might weigh toward leniency. The “Time Out” period could also be one month up to at least one year, depending upon the circumstances. During the “Time Out” the person gets counseling, does spiritual work, contemplates their actions, etc. After the “Time Out” period expires, the person can approach the reviewing body to ask to re-commence their teaching activities or allow them to rejoin the community. This body will then determine whether the person has resolved their issues which it's appropriate for them to return. When making this determination, we'll consider whether there has been a sincere apology and contrition, appropriate reparation to the injured parties, rehabilitation, and heart-felt change before the person may return. This decision will entirely at the discretion of the reviewing body.
# Dismissal. The facts show that the person’s actions were so serious that they warrant dismissing the person from the studio or community. The person is dismissed, and their employment or independent contractor agreement is terminated.
