They are known to eliminate gastric troubles like constipation, gas caused due to unhealthy food choices. The yoga Asanas help in maintaining a regular bowel movement and peristalsis. This peristalsis is beneficial for a proper movement of food out of the body. Thereby making a person free from any kind of gastrointestinal problem


Stress Management- Yoga is a balance between the mind and the body. Yoga eliminates the negative vibes out of your​ body and inculcates the sense of positivity and good vibes in your mind.
